This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. I understand the having bieber killing cops makes him look bad, but I would rather have it the other way around and be killing bieber instead of cops. Say and army a bieber clones attempting to rule the world and you have to defeat his army and stop him once and for all.
