Beschreibung

As a king of the holy realm, your God-given task is to expand your kingdom and be triumphant over all who try to oppose you. But remember, not everyone can be king, only those who fully balance their growing economy will succeed. Your army is important to expand your reach as well as protect those who serve under you, build castles to enable a growing army. But your population will also want homes to live in, for this they will produce gold from trade and work your farms for food.

-Castles will produce soldiers but require population and gold
-Farms will produce food but require population and a small amount gold
-Towns will produce population and gold but require food and soldiers

Each building will produce double resources on certain tiles
-Castles = Mountain
-Town = River
-Farm = Planes

Enemy kingdoms will gradually build up strength so attacking them will get harder over time. You will need to take all of their tiles to defeat them so building up your army before you attack is a good idea.

Spielanleitung

Two buttons for input:
-Left mouse button for most things
>click on tiles outside of your border to attack them, inside your border to select and upgrade (either level up/down or build a building on an undeveloped tile)
>hold down left mouse button or hover over the upgrade buttons to see where you can attack/upgrade and how much it will cost and how it will affect your net income
-Middle mouse button to pan/scroll the camera

First Major update

Change Log:

Features:
+ Added tile type display, building name will be green if it is the optimum type for the terrain type
+ Added some useful messages to give the user more information about what is happening

= Changed fog to use curved edges similar to how the kingdom border is done
= Changed scenes to be loaded additively
= Changed resource display poll resources to be more correct
= Changed resource cost display to show current resources/net and cost resource/net change separately to be more clear
= Changed cost resource display colours to show effect of building/upgrade/attack where the cost will be red if possible and the net will be dependant on the final net (i.e green if the effect will end up being positive, red if negative)
= Changed team spawning to be randomly generated to give more variety and be fairer at start (will mostly start with positive net for all resource types)

Balancing:
= Reduced amount of gold produced by towns
= Changed attack cost when attacking a different team to include the base cost of the tile dependant on the terrain type
= Increased starting resources to 100 for each type (from 20)

Bug Fixes:
= Fixed bug where lines would end up between tiles at certain zoom levels, now uses a default material with “Pixel snap” turned on
= Fixed bug where display tiles would not be destroyed when new instance of the game is loaded
= Fixed bug where upgrade cost was inconsistent/wrong
= Fixed bug where the cost for building/upgrading buildings was applied incorrectly
= Fixed bug where resource display was incorrect
= Fixed bug where team start locations where stored in a static variable making them not be reset on starting a new game causing an infinite loop when trying to find a new start location
= Fixed bug where buildings could be downgraded to negative levels
= Fixed bug where you can attack tiles if you click on a development button when you can’t build upgrade

i think this has some potential but here is my observation after bout 5-10 mins:
A.) I have not clue what anything does. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to not insta-loose
B.) I couldn't scroll map to take over other kingdoms so really i was left to grow in place.
C.) Items/modifiers are as follows: Castle (+2/-4/0/-4) Houses (-1/4/-2/2) Field (0/-2/2/0). Combo of all 3 nets (1/-2/0/-2)
D.) Caste / House takes 20 to build
E.) u need 1 army to take 1 space

Thank you for playing, this game is still in development and still needs more balancing. If you click on a building it can be upgraded and the placing some buildings on certain tiles will double their output: Castle - Mountain, Town - River, Farm - Planes. I couldn't get the Kng version to load, but I watched your guide and then played the windows version. Nice. Thanks. Really needs a better way to scroll than with just the mouse center button. Please consider adding the arrow keys or wasd as an option.

Could use a helpmenu/tooltips to help the player figure out stuff (I started with negative pop growth and only +2 in one other stat, which made me die very quickly). - Also, when you try to click a button you aren't stopped from clicking the tile beneath, claiming a potentially unwanted tile.
