You have chance to become a ultimate sniper. Complete training and several sniper missions where you need to use your puzzle skills and you might become a Shadow Agent.
Spielanleitung
Use Space to zoom in and out. Use Mouse to aim and Mouse left click to shoot.

The space zooming is laggy, the game get boring very quickly when you need to do a lot of trial and error instead of following (the nonexistent) instructions.
