Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Yeah, that is true. I am not a game designer, so I don't know how intuitive the game designing program is. You could make it so that hitting a miniboss kills the miniboss, but also kills any time left on your shield powerup. If that is not possible, then you can just leave it as it is.

i put a paperweight on the space button and just wiggled around the movement buttons while talking on the phone and reading something. oh look highscore!
XD
the weapon upgrade is a good start, but you gotta do more than just recolor the sprites. also its very long, with little variety.
