Du spielst einen Sturm und ziehst von Stadt zu Stadt, um alles zu zerstören, was sich dir in den Weg stellt. Sammle Regen, um größer zu werden, oder Wind, um stärker zu werden, und entfessle das Chaos auf der Welt. Lass diese armseligen Menschen dir nicht entkommen!
Spielanleitung
Bewege dich mit den Pfeiltasten und suche nach Wasser, um Regen zu bekommen, und nach Bergen, um Wind zu sammeln und deinen Sturm zu verstärken.

I think that suggestion with water towers and hydrants is a good idea.
Using that as an additional water source and may be the steam from nuclear power plants or something like that as source for wind could help to make the level design more interesting.
For me the levels look like a test for good timin. More resources could possibly let them be more something like a puzzle?!

Destroyed factories and nuclear plants shouldn't maintain their --wind condition. Also upgrades would add some depth to the game, as well as more strategy. Right now the game is fun but way too easy. Still it's a lot of fun. I like to imagine all the people being sucked into my tornado as climate change deniers. ;p
