4Z-H1

Beschreibung

The player controls 4H-Z1 (Ahzie) who moves around the Space Station trying to

eradicate the alien incursion. He does this by ‘fixing’ space station equipment, such

as lift doors, and ‘upgrading’ the station equipment to lure and kill the aliens – this is

simply done by moving to the piece of equipment or a nearby computer access panel

and interacting with it. Ahzie can also direct both Aliens and Humans away from

certain areas by leaving oil spills on the ground or prodding them with his arm.

However in spite of his plans, the human occupants are continually strolling around and repairing any areas

of the station that are ‘broken’ or removing any of the oils spills that Ahzie leaves. Upon discovering

something broken, a human crew member will head to the nearest tools locker to get the necessary tools to

repair it. So it’s necessary to place your oil spills strategically ensuring the humans don’t run into any traps

on the way and meet an unfortunate end.

Spielanleitung

The control of 4Z-H1 is managed by the WASD. A moves the robot to the left. D moves him to the right while A, and S control the movement of the robot up and down the various elevators.

The game is based on the interaction with your various surroundings. To perform these actions, the space bar is used as the action key. While standing over the many possible traps such as the elevator doors, the medbay table and the like, space will activate the object as a trap. Space key can also be used while standing over the boxes in the cargo bay to reload on rockets and the refuel station in the bar refills 4ZH1’s oil dump ability.

Special interactions with various objects also unlock new abilities for 4Z-H1. By pressing space bar while standing over the boxes in the cargo bay, he acquires one rocket that can be fired upwards to knock the ceiling panels out and force the pesky aliens scurrying up there to fall to the ground in range of his traps. This rocket can be fired with the ‘ key. Furthermore, 4Z-H1 can expel a large amount of oil on the floor creating a hazardous trip site that both aliens and humans will try to avoid. This can be released with the # button.
