alright. not bad for a first attempt. version 1 of the very first! good job on even following your motivation to try! ways to make this first try a successful one. some instructions may be good. tell us what we're doing, story optional. a restart button, as suggested by mr. or ms. Infernoblade, there. your collision detection is a bit buggy, and I find my ball falling straight through otherwise solid-looking platforms when landing upon them. optionally, you may also consider adding a background, though that may detract from it's minimalist charm, and some music, perhaps. nothing too fancy, of course. have a 3 for your first try ever, and let's see what you can really do! ^_^
