I don't get it... if I want to get badges on the game (ik I need 3.75 rating or better) then what API do I use and what would I write as the API name?
Badges require the Statistics API to be implemented in the game. We use these player stats, like XP or levels beaten or whatever, to figure out whether or not a player has accomplished a badge. Also, 3.75 was an old figure - it's more like 3.85 now for a minimum, and usually we want more like 4.00.
We require a small number of stats to be submitted, usually about 50, to confirm that the game is properly integrated. You should make sure that at least some stats have submitted and that the game submits stats automatically - requiring a user to manually submit a stat will generally lead to few stats getting submitted.
We have started experimenting a few Java games, but they're all on a permission basis and we're focusing on a few bigger projects (like Spiral Knights) for now before we consider accepting them broadly.

curious - I have a Unity game which has a Leaderboard screen accessible from the main menu. However, I want this to automatically switch to the Leaderboard tab in the game frame in the Kongregate edition. How would I accomplish that / is it possible?

Why are there only 3 Languages Allowed? Don't you think that's a little unfair to those of use who use other languages to develop games in?

You need to create API for PHP games.. I know JS and PHP do not relate, nor "talk" to each other, but, You could easily have a "button" that "asks for data" from "one file" and submits it to the server.. Just saying I've spent 27 hours straight trying to work around JS/PHP with kongregate_shell.html And It's not working. Period.

I need help... I want to be one with the Kong community. I want to make a game for all to enjoy. But I honestly have no clue how to do so or what to do in general. Its just really foggy if you know what I mean.... Can anyone clear it up? Im not quite sure exactly WHERE to post this so I decided to do it on the forums... Thank you.

@terror_gun using as3 you can create one like me with code im making an upgrades for my asteroids game right now (ive never seen an asteroids game with one of these so it will be cool to see)

@robear101 Only flash, unity, or java game extensions may be uploaded. Games created with 'Game Maker' are .exe so they cannot be uploaded to Kongregate.

My Unity game has scoreboard. I put it myself on my own server's database. I assume you would rather like the scoreboard be integrated with API. However, when a non-logged user plays a game, should the game try to put him on his own scoreboard, or do nothing but ask to create account?
