Read the actual article and maybe you will know "... how do i start". It is simple please just read. You will never become a game developer without going through fine print with a quick eye. For your consideration: R-E-A-D!

I'm using Stencyl, and I have a max API set up for my game's highscore. I'm wondering how I can set up an API for if you lose a certain amount of times?

Please guys, to save you the embarassment, don't ask questions. It means you are stupid. We developers will end you if you ask a question.
seriously though, you can read a document and miss something. how do you think legal documents get their strength?

I'd like to echo iggyvolz's comment. What can we do to prevent the users from doing things like changing statistics in memory, in the game, or in the http request sent to Kongregate? Can we encrypt the values somehow?

I want to make a badge, I have made a statistic that will turns to number "1" if an action complete, now how can I make this statistic into a badge. Thank you.
If Greg, who is in charge of badges, decides to badge the game, then he can use your statistics to create a badge! However, we only consider highly rated games, ideally around a 4.0 rating.

If I make a statistic that is not on the leaderboard, and which is intended to be a badge, but Greg doesn't make badges for the game, will the player still be notified that he has been awarded an achievement? (by stat name, I assume)

I could swear I've seen a couple games with OR states, like a visual novel game. They said "get ending 1 OR ending 2" (or something similar) and showed two boxes underneath the description. So is server-side OR possible now? Or no?

Hello, you mention preventing "in-game exploits" in your last section, but there is no word about developer-console exploits. What prevents a user from opening their chrome dev console and issuing a fabricated value for a stats like so : kongregate.stats.submit(“HighScore”,2346034);
Can someone please answer this? i must be missing some piece of the puzzle. I also asked the question here http://www.kongregate.com/forums/90-kongregate-apis/topics/494305-statistic-api-not-secure-what-prevents-a-player-from-submitting-statistic-via-developer-console
