this game ads a purpose to troops with there XP bars, this gives you a reason to let your soldiers fight, cuase arcjers and trebuthefts are awesome when they are hig lvl, they start sniping things like crap, its very funny when a trebutchet lands a boulder on a dragons or prists head lol
i must say.. compared to Heroes of Gaia, this is a HUGE IMPROVEMENT, it involves so much more co operation and more to come its great, cant wait for the updates
cuase marines suck, you upgrade forge and put post so you have black queens, Romans, hovertanks and all that good stuff, know your units and theywill die, oh and the special ops roman is a freaking rapist, get army of those backed by super snipers = you invincibel and WIN
its wired, you can be a frigate, and yet a fighter is SOO much more versitile for all combat... its also a bom ber, exept if you die your dead and you must restart.. its more boring with frigates tho... i wonder what it would be like as multiplayer.... where a team controled ships DEFENDING the mother ship and ships actually had health, and the motherships could make there own fighters and not take 3 hours of explosions to do crap
Darwin mode has one trick lvl where on a certain vave 2-3 Awlon cruisers get warped in and theres nothing i can do about it, the base just dies cuase of lag and panic :/ probably be different with Xeyde or humans cuase humnas have nuke and push back thingy, and xeyed have devour wich is an ubber skill cuase it kills everything thats not an ion frigate thats directly shooting yer base also, lvls vs humans with nukes PISS ME OFF, i guess thats compromising for there lack of bonuses/disadvateges
how do you get lvl 3 bulets and energy pasives? log on every day until they pop up? all those ships that look tiny but then just flat out rape my big fat ship are makin me healouse :(
guys u got a lot of things to know bout this game, join the Remenets of Disputed Galaxy chat room and feel free to ask some questions there, or go to www.benoldinggames.co.uk and find the strategy guids tab and dig around for Starfighter, youll find a lot of awensers there but ima gona awenser 1 question for you, you can buy lives in the shop, you can mine for money in the begining, aliens are better against NPCs becuase Xandalanvium is better then Posiotronic convergance disks humans have, kill without dieing and experiment with the ships, you can click on ships and look at there stats to find out what kind they are, the one with 4 proxies is a proximity ship, the one with 4 mines is a mine ship you get kills taken away for killing allies, mines will hurt anything and EVRYTHING that makes them go boom
guys, multiplayer isnt coming back, Ben is giving up on trying to fix this game and moved on to developing new ones wich we all hope wont as suseptibal to hackers and morons like syber,( he killed sTARFIGHTER >=[)
oh and you can mute all sounds in the option menu, but you need those sounds to hear the wepon noises, cuase if something drops and Ultra Vortex bomb, a Photon Compresion bomb, an EMP or if someone opens with a barage of javelins youll never know
there is a lot of room for improvement but Ben is curently working on all his other more important gamers like the sequal to starfighter and other worlords stuff, these games are just small extras he makes in his spare time not aimed at masive greatness, just a littel extra chalenging fun
