derekthesheep: exactly what kind of control are you expecting when your car is in the air? That's not really how these things work...

Wow. That was short. Not bad, but it was kind of like playing a rough draft of Burrito Bison. Too bad. It's been a while since I've had a good launch game to sink hours into

It's like coinbox heroes, but with enemies instead of allies. Pretty fun

Expecting a Call

I can see how the question of how to make it "end" etc. could be hard, but as it is, you can rack up as many points as you want if you just keep playing long enough. That takes away a lot of the urgency of trying to catch each "call". Also, I really liked the premise, but I started thinking pretty soon that all of these people get a lot of phone calls. Rather than people anxiously awaiting calls at home, it feels more like overworked office workers desperately trying to answer calls. These people seriously get a lot of phone calls to be "anxiously" waiting for each one.

I don't think you're wrong. I also think it means the game is successful. :) Oh, artgames. :P

I loved the variety in the puzzles. For some of them, the solution came to me right away, or I stumbled on it quickly, and others took a lot of thought and maybe a little frustration. On the "read between the lines" one, however, I didn't figure out the hint until after I had solved it through experimenting and actually played the game again to figure out what the hint was supposed to be. I still enjoyed it a lot, though.
