Captain: "Sir, what is the weather status?"
Lieutenant: "Captain, we are receiving strong gusts from the west...actually the east. Wait no, the west. Okay definitely the east. Actually..."
Captain: "..."
1. "Bravo, sir. What a performance. Such grace, such strength, such... triceps."
2. "Well congratulations sir! You sure showed that beast who the bigger brute is.
So hilarious
Here is the way I earned 17,000 points on the $25,000 arcade setting. I bought the cruise missile, the hang glider, ALL of the fuel, the good 'ol sled, the third to last ramp length, and the 5th to last ramp height. Make sure the ramp is in it's default setting. Immediatly after you go off the ramp, activate your cruise missle. Once it runs out, try to have your resistance as -4 and 100 m/h. This is really important! You will glide down VERY slowly, and your speed will stay exactly at 100. I managed to travel 13,000 feet in distance (keep in mind, I had upgraded all of the top right 4 objects in the bonus shop). + to keep this alive.
Tip on defeating the Iblis: Locate yourself near the center of the screen and shoot sawmines at him. The sawmines are the deadliest weapon for bosses, because before they reverb back, they pause in one spot for a full second, causing massive damage. Once he shoots the big laser, switch to the spread, and stay at the top. Then switch to sawmines until you see the laser again. Repeat this process.
Excellent job, goes down as of my favorites. Right away when you start, the dialogue just draws you into the game. Later on, as you meet new characters, the game is very emotional, and the music makes you want to cry. Outstanding storyline, also, it was like reading an awesome book.
Tip: On hard mode, EVERYTHING is the same. This includes placement of the boss's white bullets/bombs, and all the powerups. MEMORIZE where this stuff is located, and trust me, the powerups help a LOT.
