I love the use of Greek mythology, but I also saw another meaning in this game. When you are going to rescue the man's beloved, you can just do whatever you want, go back and forth, and fix mistakes you have made. On the way back, it is like real life. You can only go forward, and the choices you make are permanent. You can't go back and fix them, and you can't back away from something once you committed to it.
