For those having trouble beating the Hard badge, consider your upgrade choices. Focus on damage if you have trouble hurting advanced enemies, range if you are poor at placing towers, and fire rate for fast waves. Also, the "Soul Vault" upgrade under Undead, "Height Advantage" upgrade under Orcs, and any Meteor Spell upgrades under Demons are all exellent ideas for getting gold runs.
For those of you wonder why the website's name is "ViasgeTome", put two and two togteher here... "Visage" comes from an Old World word meaning face or front, and a "tome" is an archaic name for a reference book.
The top killers include moving slits, multi-curves, and multi-square passages. If you're lucky enought to avoid these, then you will have a much better time with the badge.
It started with watering a potted plant. It ended with an elephant working the gears inside of a wasp's nest to produce a tutu-wearing squadron of bees. I believe my insanity has peaked and failed.
Being a strategy-gamer, I had to rate this game highly for its superbly intricate strategy gameplay. Hell, even if you find Ancient History a bit drab, you can't help but find wonder in the "splatter-for-color" art themes and "hero" units. Best of all, it gives you a nice lesson about the Battle of Hastings in a historically accurate storyline (History buffs rejoice!). 5/5
For those having problems obtaining the badges - saving your current progress can make the badges register, and waiting until an autosave should make it kick in as well.
I bet my soul that turning this into an "Assassin's Creed" control-style shooter/action game for XBLA would sell for hundreds of thousands, if not millions.
