Acid/L-Armor, Shotgun/Captain, M-Armor/Frost, Assassin/Sniper, and SMG/H-Armor are the best combos you can make IMO. The 1st combo is excellent against captains and juggernauts, but pointless against assassins. The 2nd is good for group killing you enemy. 3 is goood for gaining the upper-hand against large waves of foes. 4 is the perfect long-range killer, great for firing on bases while your other troops advance. 5 is just good overall, and becomes stronger at taking out multiple troops when they are given grenades.
KICKED ASS FIRST TIME!
Well, I di have an SNES since I was 2, though. I actually beat Super Mario All-Stars for my sister, and she was in 8th grade when I was 4! Childhood phenom FTW!
Even if the computer is not playing fair, there is one simple strategy: Get mean. Buy the big stuff as soon as you can. Use benches, stands, and delivery routes to rob your opponent of the untouched bonuses. Be tycoon-ish and buy everything in sight, but still stay vigilant about your serving speed and get security and extra seating as soon as they're available.
I feel sorry for the turtles of Kongregate... First, we fire them out of cannons so that they can go far for our mild amusement, then Greg's cubicle monkeys all grab hammers to max out their seemingly awesome combos, and finally, after a chance to regorup and repopulate, the penguins eat then out of their own shells and steal their eggs. This is cruelty! They're like the zombies of Kongregate!
Add enough soldiers to match what your enemy has, focusing on terrain bonuses your new units will get if added inb (for example, use spearmen in mountains, as they gain a large bonus). Afterwards, upgrade your weakest units (basing their weakness on their experience levels).

Me:
Is it right to call you anything other than "God"?
God:
Signs point to yes. Ask ELVIS if it is.
Me:
So, if I called you "Allah", it would re right?
God:
Interesting deduction. Try it.
Me:
So, Allah, do you lead the arkangels?
God:
Dude! What do you look like?
Okay, WTF???
The "Strong" priority is a great innovation for TD games.
It is a really good addition to the target bar on a tower, in that weak towers focus on weak, and strong towers focus on tough.
