needs a level reset, as ive encounted a glitch( bug report sent) that could easily be remidied by just resetting the level but as of current i dont want to restart

@jeekev, its to allow for non-idle play, to stop it breaking your combos or click a huge combo when there is only 1 of that hero on screen,letting it 'fill up' makesit goback to the normal speed though

im not sure if its just my internet acting up,but sometimes i am given just a white screen upton trying to load the game (nothing appears not even the game, right clicking has no effect)
