Ok. Do you know what the minimum requirement for anything to be considered a "game" is? Having a goal. So once again, not a game.
To be more even more precise the definition of a game can have many different interpretations for example, when a user engages in for entertainment. The goal of the game is the first sentence of the game description "2D building sandbox game". I think that covers it nicely enough :) (Lack of content to be really creative though)*
I don't really see any kind of "philosophical message" but... the game was cute.. a bit too short though... The puzzles weren't difficult, and there wasn't anything particularly interesting or new in the levels...
