I beat the whole thing on my second try :D As soon as you get one green totem the game is basically over, because the random cursor moves juuust slow enough that you can control it...go for the greens first and you'll win easily!

This is my first attempt at the sandbox so its probably not very good, but it IS one bit of memory!
My run through was awesome! Five turns left and I got hit with -20% production era. I needed 500k more production points and my production was dropped to 75k/turn, so I bit the bullet, pull ALL my people into production, and survived 4 rounds of 100% danger rate to win! :D
I'm experiencing issues with level 28. Whenever the enemy manages to get a data core back to spawn they freeze and the game goes a bit derpy from there. Great game though! I have all of the challenges for monster mode so far.
Best tip for monster mode is to OVERUSE the pause button. Check every unit's range and find ways to overwhelm them with the least units possible. Pausing not allows you time to think, but it also prevents the enemy from recharging their bursts. Also, don't forget to send out trash units to soak up the bursts before sending in your real programs! Good luck everyone!
once you have enough speed and attack to reasonably kill people, get your infection rate high, you'll start destroying areas with lots of soldeirs through sheer force of numbers
I got through the entire onslaught, and at the end when the end of the song plays and the weapons stop firing, i relaxed, feeling triumphant. Then a random yellow douche ball fell out the sky and hit me -___- OWNED.
You have to do the boss run :P Without giving too away, try out using two defensive lasers until you uh, get used to fighting the 2.0's and pretty much beat them all, and check the shop if you get really far
I think it's funny how many of you are crying for the game to be easier. There's no save button, oh well. Learn from your mistakes last game and play it again. Although lack of a pause button sucks...
