In my opinion this game relies too much on luck instead of skill, because sometimes the castle walls will stick together like magnets, and other times they will just fly everywhere.
Sadly, our poor Billy did not realise that destroying the moon would result in a severe destabilisation of the earth's rotation, causing all life to die out in a couple of years.

The best strategy for the badges is doing the wave in the following order: turtle/raidr/golem/healer/raidr/raidr/raidr/raidr/golem/healer/raidr/raidr.
For maximum effectivenes invest infamy in all upgrades that will up the strenght of either your turtle, raider and golem or your healer. + so that everyone can see
Adding a map, which will be updated everytime you visit a new area, and equiped with quest objective markers, or the presumed location of one if it is in an unknown location.
If you mean by lag that the circle slowly follows your cursor, you can disable this by choosing standard for mouse mode, if you choose follow mouse, it will start laging.
