I loved it. Something about sending enourmous chunks of hail down from the sky to destroy buildings, planes, sattelites, people, and weather balloons just really made my day. I like the textbook reading you get at the end too. 4/5
As agent999 has already stated, levels titled rate 5 and get crown hat are scams. You will not get a crown hat by giving these levels a five star rating. You can, however, download a program called folding@home or f@h for short, which can be used to gain the crown and the cowboy hat. The information you will need for this can be found on the forums at jiggmin.com Even if you only do it for the hats it is for a good cause. And please remember, rate levels well because they are actually well made, not because you want a hat.
I've found that if my guy keeps walking off in one direction that pressing the arrow key in the direction he is walking rather than fighting it usually corrects the problem. As for the zoom issue, you can always go play the game at its home on nonoba.
When the boss comes, separate and shoot it. When someone's being attacked, shoot the boss to draw its attention away from that person. Follow this general rule to get to level 20. Upgrades help a lot too.
It pisses me off that my money doesn't save even when I log in to the account I created. Other than that, it's a very enjoyable game if you are with people who know what they are doing.
