To ItFollowsMe: You may need to logout of your Kongregate account while in the Realm of Empires window and then log in, this usually fixes the problem. This happened to me before, hope this helps!
Ok, TO EVERYONE WHO HAS TROUBLE LOGGING ON, I HAVE STEPS FOR YOU TO FOLLOW TO HOPEFULLY HELP YOU! #1, what web browser are you using? Firefox users have reported trouble logging in to Realm of Empires, and does not allow the user to play, to fix this, either use internet explorer or google chrome (chrome is the better option than internet explorer). #2, have you checked your internet connection? Some problems are related to connection to the internet, so check your internet, if you aren't sure what is wrong, then troubleshoot your internet. And finally, #3, have you done a virus check on your computer? (obviously) viruses make your computer slow, and therefore can hamper your experience. Check your computer for viruses by using a virus detection tool (usually your computer/laptop comes with one).
Don't know whether or not the devs stopped developing/funding this game fully, so its gonna be difficult to figure the future out for this game. I have a lot to say, but since we're only allowed to use 1000 characters, I'll sum my points up. THIS GAME HAS POTENTIAL, COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE AVERAGE PLAYER AND DEVELOPER IS A MUST (add a report bug button), THIS GAME NEEDS TIME TO DEVELOP (Remember, don't expect a fully completed game, this is still in it's baby stages). I hope the devs read this or this gets attention so we can watch this game with massive potential grow into something great and not die out. I still have more points and feelings which I'd like to convey, but I'll save it for later
There are two ways to describe this game, the formal way, or the slang internet way.
Formal: Pretty good game considering it isn't pay to win, nice dynamics. Works well, give it a try
Slang Internet: Rate 8/8 M8, give that (insert random noun here) some rare pepes and shia labeouf memes.
