Saber, I meant for level 6, it does NOT work for any other level. Yes, if you have good timing, it is really easy and a good way to max your research points and tree. A good way to keep your enemies in one place is to use hobbits. Other than that, I don't think that hobbits are useful.
Dalcde, don't bother upgrading anything, once your arrows start to kill the first few men, (goblins, orcs etc. ) get a lot of hobbits. Again, titan costs 9999 mana. So in your castle upgrade, it goes like this: level 1, 3000 xp to research(health of castle to 7000), level 2 - 5000 xp to research(health of castle to 10000), level 3- 8000 xp to research,(health of castle to 15000)(special ability 1) Level 4 - 15000 xp to research(health of castle to 21000)(speacial ability 2), and the last and most expensive one that *unlocks* the titan is level 5- 70000 xp to research. Some of these may not be accurate because once you upgrade it, it doesn't show the cost anymore.
To get a titan, you have to upgrade your castle's health (the one on the very left) which may consume a lot of time. When you are in battle, upgrade all of them to get the "Titan" unit. It costs 9999 mana, so you have to upgrade your mana to full. As for level 6, kill the orcs, there are 6-7 of them, and then send out a lot of hobbits. Keep sending units until you win.
lol, up to level 14 i just upgraded my arrows. after that all you need to do is get your strongest wizard, dryad, totem, and your paladin, beast rider, elf protector. send your 2 best units and keep sending them until you win, not that hard
a good strategy for maxing out your research trees is play level 6, the enemy will send 6-7 units, kill them with arrows and send a bunch of hobbits, keep recruting hobbits until you win, in 5 minutes you can have 6000 xp

dalcde, the elemental arrow depends on what race you chose, the human ele arrow does more damage, the elven arrow freezes the enemy for a few seconds, and the orc arrow i dont know about because i didnt get there yet.
