When you enter the Grallada while its upside down, it does not revert.
If it is upside down it should revert no matter what, but it takes some time.

This might just be a glitch, but could also be an Easter egg. When you start a new career and you want to pick a country, click "Choose League". It actually allows you to play as a Salvadoran.
