Trust me. All you need is agility and vitality. Any items that increase crit rate and crit dmg. should be kept. You will almost always one hit every enemy.
Easiest way to beat the game is to just corner camp. It makes it easier to track the reticle and enemies. That and there is almost no way you could lose track of yourself.
