It would actually be really nice to be able to select a Primary AND a Secondary weapon... I love the Laser Gun, but not the Rocket Launcher. If I choose the Laser Gun as my Primary, I automatically get stuck with the Rocket Launcher as Secondary. So my best bet is to use the Acid Gun, which has flaws but is pretty good, but not as good as the Laser (which becomes auto-Secondary). Priorities, and all that jazz.
Damn this Crates III minigame. I play it through so many times, and every time there's a crate that I can't access because Crate A is below the barriers and Crate B is above them.
It seems that I do better by pointing the lance at a damned sensible angle as opposed to actually aiming it at the target (which I didn't even notice existed until the final bout)...
Things is, if the Zoms at the front get through, then all that's left is for you to watch whilst the higher-health Zombies that were using them as shields wander casually through after them.
Minor quibbles: AHOY is unclear at high speeds, Clouds vanish if you mis-Pogo a couple of layers and 'lucky' extra fuel is pointless once Pogo is active. Otherwise, fun game. 4/5.
Needs ability sets, such as:-
Pet 1: No special abilities.
Pet 2: Move faster along the ground.
Pet 3: Move faster through the air.
Pet 4: Falls faster but can take two hits from missiles.
Pet 5: Higher magnetism, moves faster along the ground and in the air.
Then the Hats should offer an extra attribute: +1 Air Speed, +1 Ground Speed, +1 Armour, +1 Magnetism, ETC.
I wish it saved your progress for rewards, like... when the mission for splitting a 'total' of 250 monsters comes up then it shouldn't be automatically at 0/250.
So the Auto function just makes troops wander around aimlessly until they happen to encounter something? No search and destroy? Would be nice if at least a few of the units knew what they were doing by themselves.
