What you posted was still not even close to a proper bug report. There are concise step by step instructions on how to write actually useful bug reports on the forums, which have been linked to you, and which you seem to have ignored, several times now.

Bugs that are reported properly are fixed all the time, just see any patchnotes. Bugs that are not reported properly most of the time *can not* be fixed. I'm not omniscient so I rely on actually useful user reports (as opposed to vague rambling combined with random YELLING for no reason and emotional outbursts irrelevant to the bug report) because there's so many things going on in the game I simply can't reproduce the issues on my end based on very vague descriptions.
It could be a number of thing based on the lack of information you've provided. Does it happen after refreshing the page? Have you actually spawned any ragdolls to drag? Who's in control, you or the ragdolls? Do you have a mouse plugged in? Are you moving the cursor while holding down the correct mouse button? Do you have the Drag Tool selected? Is something invisible blocking the clicks? Is your browser hijacking the mouse inputs because Flash is being deprecated? Do you happen to live in a Matrix-like simulation and are currently being experimented on by robots that are causing seemingly random issues and also causing you to be unable to report them properly? Does it happen on all browsers? Have you tried MaD2 Download since it doesn't run on a browser and as such might avoid browser issues? Have you reported the issue in the Bug Reports thread on the forums following the instructions there?
