The same problem from LM2 exists in this game, too. If you create an infinite loop, then the music doubles over and repeats itself. You have to exit back to the menu to fix it.
If I select the 'keyboard style' the game should show me how to play using the keyboard, not the mouse. It's talking about clicking in time, and pressing and sliding the mouse, neither of which applies to the keyboard.
Am I the only one having an issue when holding multiple keys? Like if the note is Red (2), and I am holding Green (1) and Red (2), then it keeps saying Miss. It only seems to be a problem when holding Green down. Holding Green and Yellow produces a Miss for a Yellow note, but holding Red and Yellow results in a proper Yellow note.
There should be an on screen timer. Sometimes when I was finished playing, my score would be 0 because it said I lost 100% of my score for taking too long. Well give me a timer then so I know how long I have.
On level 19 now. I love this game, it's only 20 levels, but it's just hard enough to make you spend some time trying to figure out a level, but not too hard that you get frustrated with it.
@Balkenkreuz, the point of making a keyboard shortcut for reset is so that you don't have to keep moving your mouse to the reset button when you're constantly repeating a level trying to get the timing right. It's a pain to keep moving away from the area you're trying to work in, just to hit a reset button.
If you create an infinite loop, then the music ends up doubling over. If you keep replaying the level with the loop, the music keeps doubling over, eventually creating just a big massive noise. Muting and unmuting doesn't fix it.
I said it for Blosics 2 and am saying it again here: "Reset needs to be assigned a hotkey." It seems the developers weren't listening, even though my comment is the 3rd highest rated comment for Blosics 2.
Unless I missed it, the directions fail to tell you that while hanging on a ledge, you can jump out and reach platforms that are further away than if you were just standing on the ledge and tried to jump to reach it.
Is it even possible to score against the computer without acing? Only two points I got were by acing. Normal game play is impossible to score against the CPU.
