I don't think anyone mentioned this yet, but there's a chance that PATRICK might had killed Anabelle. After her disappearance, he mentioned that he is satisfied that she is gone and said that she even bullied him. Then you wonder: Why not Nate? Well Nate is tougher (no duh) and will absolutely beat up Patrick, so Patrick goes to the ladies and decides to kill Anabelle. Just my opinion.

I think that Louie shouldn't have opened up the Burger shop in the first place and get that former customer now employee to work at the Pizzeria so that the Pizzeria can work faster and better.
