This is a good game and has room for loads of potential. A speed up button would be awesome and more missions, as they were over and done with way too quickly. I liked the random attacks from the glowing stone in the last level, it was a good challenge. Endless mode could do with showing how many waves you've completed and could do with being a bit harder. I have two lines of fully upgraded defences and I've not had to add anything else, so while it's fun, it's getting a little boring as there's now nothing I need to do. All in all though it's a great game!
I came back to this today because I wanted to get the Kongpanion that I'd spent half my day getting. Turns out you can redo quests, my laptop was just being a pain beforehand when it wasn't showing that I had redone the same quest over and over again. Either way I got the Kongpanion!! I still like this game though, and will explore it further when I have more free time :)
This game interests me. But it certainly feels too much for a BOTD. I've become really immersed in the game, but at the same time it has taken up most of my day, with only 5 quests completed. I've done plenty more but I keep failing. I want to be able to pay more attention to the game at a later stage, but at the moment I just want BODT that I've spent half my day attempting to get. I've tried to redo quests but the bar does not accept that and so won't add it to the number of quests completed. Fraid I'll just need to leave it now and just get tomorrows BOTD.
Cool. I can play the other two endings without needing to start from the begnning...yet for some reason I hit play again! Oh well. 5/5 for the game. A lot of thought and effort has gone into this.
I am loving the system you have for upgrading everything for your Kongpanion. I love the art style. It's such an addictive game. Some achievements for it wouldn't go amiss :) 5/5
It's a fun game. But I have a lot of issues with lag. I know it's not my laptop. I managed to trudge through to the end, but it just seems with the amount of enemies that spawn, it causes everything to slow down and your pointing and clicking become ineffective. 4/5 though :)
Nice game. Very MTG. Unfortunately the amount that is on the screen is too much for my eyes to take with the smallness of the screen. But I can see that the fullsize version is available, so I will no doubt continue exploring this game over there :) 5/5
I adore this game and how they all seem only slightly fazed if the bear growls at them, but if the lightbulb so much as flickers they are out of there! One did go loopy though. I was only wanting to make sure he would go downstairs through the front door...not out a second storey window :p
Nice game. Little bit of a lag issue going on, which I can confirm is not my laptop. Still it wasn't too slow for me to have a bit of fun. And getting the badge of the day as well =]
I was invited to play this. Was really interested in it as I play MTG and I've dabbled with Forge as well. I mean, yeah the fights can be boring because you hit the attack button and that's it, but I liked the whole being able to build up your deck [sorry squad]. Then I found out that in order to continue without being stuck in the same place was to pay, in real money. Why? I don't want to spend forever fighting battles that I only press one button for, just to earn millions of in game money to get to the same stage. I came to Kong to play flash games for free and to support the indie developers who don't keep content away from me until I've given them money for it. I don't mind micro transactions, but the game has now totally lost it's appeal for me now.
Game has potential to be something really good. Really enjoyed it at the beginning. Main issues I'm finding is lag, even with lowest quality set on.
The up key can be unresponsive, and I've found it's due to my mouse not being on the actual gaming screen. Suggest maybe making the game pause when your arrow gets out of the screen?
After the first world/level, the difficulty seems to scale to a rather impossible size. Even with all costumes from the previous world, and at one point two of the kitty cats being healers, I was still only able to manage one or two foxes before I was defeated. Leveling up really takes an age too.
Like I said, fantastic game and also such a cute game as well. it just needs a tweak here or there.
