I resourced my way through the last level. ATP: OVER 9000, NA: 25, AA: over 2000, FA: over 100. G: over 50, Membrane: 200/200, Defense: 50%/50%, Ribosomes: 30/30, Mitochondria: 10/10, Chloroplasts: 10/10, Lysosomes: 25/25, Peroxisomes: 10/10, Slicer Enzymes: 50/50, Defensins: 50/50. All this, then I released a swarm of toxins, reached 100% in seconds and... nothing happens. It didn't register, or it was so overwhelmed at what was going on. My cell broke the game. Now all I can do is collect more Glucose and amino acids, maybe see how long I can keep all the organelles active without free radicals blowing me up. http://imgur.com/ewJ2u
The Touhou games have ruined most top-down shooters for me, this one stays good though. my only concern comes from the occasional lag between button-pushes and actions. That tiny amount of delay can really ruin it when you fail to dodge that one enemy bullet at the end of the last level and end up losing the achievement.
Huh, apparently there can be ties. If the match goes on for too long with nobody winning, I assume this happens quite often when both sides have healing abilities, the game stops the match and declares a tie. I was doing an autofight, so I don't know if there wasn't enough memory to record the rest of it, so I don't know it the same thing happens in a live match.
The body bubbles seem to have no purpose other than decoration and just being another hitbox enemy tanks can target. One idea may be to have the body bubbles provide the general stats for your tank, not the class size.
Actually, scratch that. The stealth tank will remain on the field, but will remain immobile and impervious to attacks. I have yet to see if the the stealth tank will remain as a linchpin preventing a loss in case all other vehicles are destroyed.
Found a glitch in the game. It probably occurs in all the battalion games that have stealth tanks. If you move a stealth tank so that it cloaks, then build a unit, you can undo the move, which doesn't work, but for some reason this allows enemy vehicles to pass through the stealth tank which will remain cloaked even if the enemy vehicle stops directly adjacent to the stealth tank. I doubt it's a problem that needs to be fixed, and it has little value in multiplayer since undoing moves costs a lot of morale, but I'm mentioning it anyways for those who care to exploit it or fix it.
Based on the other comments, it looks like as long as you don't make stupid decisions that cancel out your stats, pretty much anything will work. Personally I just focus on reproduction.
