How do you get those new resources (leather, ceramics, ...) I've upgraded the warehouse, the icons on top of the screen appear, but no signpost where to get the new buildings. What's up?

It would be nice of bridges could form crossings. So that I could have roads both horizontal and vertical across a piece of water.
Bridges do go across the water, but you still have to plan it carefully.

During battle we should be able to skip a turn (not use a card, but pass). You're always forced to play a card, even it makes no sense.
