I want to like this game more than I do. It's got a neat concept, and I like physics puzzles. But there's all sorts of petty little irritants -- like the tendency to skip off the corner of something and hop in a way that slams you into blades, or one-block tall corridors with the entrance over spikes so jumping in directly doesn't work, or long levels where failing at a hard bit near the end puts you back to redo all the tricky and/or tedious stuff near the beginning before you can even try the hard bit again. (The Crux, where I'm stuck right now, has all of those, along with the difficulty of rationing your spew so you can make it through all four segments.) It was fun for a bit, but I can't say I really enjoyed it throughout.

I've enjoyed games of this genre before. And I really like the weird psychological theming of this one, even if it doesn't really go anywhere. But when the differences to spot boil down to multiple slight variations in a pattern of bricks, or a slight fringe of grass, or a single star in the sky, it quickly turns tedious. The differences in a spot-the-difference game ought to be interesting to spot in themselves, at least for me. Better tools might have helped -- I've seen games like this which create a second cursor on the other half of the screen, letting you pick out trivial differences more easily by seeing what corresponds to what. Overall, a good effort, but flawed.

So... an ugly guy stalks the attractive girl he's obsessed with, and uses ever more desperate schemes to entrap her. He finally gets her for a while, but she quickly realizes he's making her miserable and escapes. He then has to entrap and kill 'himself,' and jumps off a building, plummeting down (and never actually flying). He winds up trapped in a harsh grey realm encircled with barbed wire, where he can never leave (the left edge of the screen is blocked) or get past the girl he's obsessed with (she blocks the right edge, and can't be jumped over) or even approach her like another person (space doesn't work). I've got to tell you, you may have been aiming for a positive uplifting message, but if so, your storytelling skills really need work. (For that matter, repeatedly lecturing the player over the course of the game isn't a great storytelling tool, either...)

Fun game as always, but the mini-games are a bit less so. I disliked Breakfast Blast when it showed up in Pancakeria, and now it's not only back, but there's another (admittedly slightly better) shooting gallery game...

A very fun game, though I'm not enthralled by most of the minigames. Breakfast Blast especially -- I was never any good at Duck Hunt! Despite that minor irritation, I keep coming back for more...
