@Canumah after the last update its probably a lot easier now. It looks like giving everyone maximum tackle with the friendly formation would simulate what i did (probably still want the mercenary title though)
@Canumah. Just beat him, I had to farm a toooon.
TLDR I grinded more than just gluttony

Tips
I ratcheted up physical attack as high as possible, had over 700% from gluttony
I needed attack enhance from the mage, maximum tackle from beast tamer, and mercenary title from warrior, so i needed things from all three schools.
I had a maxed out lesser wyvern and sandworm from the dessert (the sandworms base move is like 40 dmg, so when enhanced it can hit over 1 billion) And the lesser wyvern is a massive all stats buff (plus the lesser maxed out has better stats than you).
I also used maxed out silver scale (rare dragon) and scarlet dragon with lots of elemental mana to max out my attack, and some other stat boosting monsters.
I pushed up my rank very high in order to crank up both will and familiar for all stats.
Wont spoil it too much, but killing the cobra king gives you some nice unlocks and cranks up your max level a lot, so its worth it, but man that was a grind
@luna, i don't remember anything you need to finish that has that much destiny to beat the game once. So you probably need to come back with a few more reincarnations that boost max destiny. Don't spend too much time on playthrough one, you want sin

anyone know what happens if you give up on a chronicle? I'm doing a moment of peace right now but it looks like i have to do the entire bishop questline to search the bandit and holllly shit i hate this quest
Man, I got 75% dodge chance and double movement speed on a ranger with strafe attack and that got stupid op fast. Just skated around, was unhitable and pumped out arrows. Also the +5 longbow really helped
Awesome game. Seems like end game you are seriously handicapped if you go strength instead of Agility however. With 500 agility you have 100% crit, so you get both the bow damage and the crit damage from agility all the time.
Very fun and well polished for an autorunner game. However the game is very grindy, and upgrades are priced far too high. Also some upgrades that were skills like double jump or something would be cool as well.
