@hellgravis about the HyPEL comment I meant all troops in the area that can be recruited.

Ohhhh, like the HyPEL blasts injures all recruitable troops in the tile? Sorta like a friendly fire casualty? Yeah, I think I could do that. I think it used to in ILA. Don't remember why I changed it in this version.

HyPELL should also eliminate all troops in the area.
Hi Accurator! It used to in the previous version, but it felt too powerful, so I toned it down a bit. Thinking of adding research upgrades to make it more powerful again.
