It was a lot shorter and easier than I thought it would be, but it was really good! Nothing was too ridiculous where you had to guess completely and the graphics were nice. It was very enjoyable.
The game is great, but the energy system is annoying. I think you could add an increase to max energy every level you gain or maybe even reward each level with a usable energy refill. Like, instead of your energy automatically refilling when you gain a level, you receive a token that can be used whenever you want or something.
Basically half of the gold chests I get are Ninja Amulets and a fourth of them are Steel Plate Legs and then the rest is just random bad stuff. No matter what floor I'm on. I have to rely on the little gem things more than anything.
Something else that doesn't make sense: The village is like "Hey, can you save us from these monsters and activate our generators? Thanks! Here's 25 gold. Oh, but we're gonna raise the price of our inn by 30 gold. Sorry."
It's a pretty good game I guess... I mean, I've just started but I can already tell how bad the monster AI is. It will go around a whole tree to attack something that is right in front of it. I also don't like how you and your monster can't walk through each other. Yeah, it's unrealistic, but when there's 1 path where only one of you can fit through, it's just not fair. Because then you get surrounded by monsters. And die. And lose everything.
So... I don't see why you have to flinch when you get hit for so long. No one would actually do that if they were getting attacked by zombies. But in the game, when you flinch once and a group of zombies surrounds you, there's no getting out of it, even if you attack while you move.
It's a pretty good game, but all of my bullets and all of the explosions from the enemies makes it hard to see the enemies' bullets which results in not knowing where the damage came from.
