There is a fairly bad memory leak. Great game though! There's practically all of the actual game's monsters and drops. Looking forward to classes, status effects and hopefully multi-mob groups that I can do area attacks against.
This reminds me a lot of things I used to do for fun with only a notebook and a pencil back in grade school. The gigantic 'wall of information' people are mentioning was exactly the right size for me because of this. I did a bit of CHEATIN' to test how certain builds would work later on. Well, shame on me. I have deleted my save file since then, and swear to not do weird things to break the progression sequence. My only real issue with this game currently is that scrolling far enough down in Firefox causes the browser to hang for almost a minute before it recovers. Other than that, 5 stars!
Closing already? You guys only lasted 4 and a half months. What happened, not enough people buying diamonds? I'm glad this game didn't get badges. Sorry, sorry. I am a bit sour about the diamond-buying thing ingame. The gameplay was alright for a match-3 game, but the mechanics for damage were a tad unbalanced. Thanks for trying, I hope to see this game on Facebook or something in the future. Do you all feel generous enough to do a going-away free infinite diamonds for everyone party before leaving for good?
Thanks for including that profiler in the right-click menu. It seems to take a full minute for what I'm guessing is the level data and graphics to be unloaded; the game is loading duplicates of these files every time someone resets, making an 8-10 MB strain on the memory per reset. The game itself wasn't quite as fun as other helicopter-cave-edge-dodging games I've seen, but I'd be pretty proud of myself if I made something such as that myself. I beat level 2 on easy, whoo. Decent challenge!
Wow, I'm failing pretty hard at this. Got stuck in Brighton with 12k+ RP before quitting. Great game though. Looks as though the civillians running in the street would prefer vehicle death than being eaten alive by zombies; could have sworn I heard one laughing insanely before I splattered him.
This game is great and all, but goddamn I can't PvP for beans and there's this one mission where I have to kill one person. I'm making so many enemies just trying to get one kill :(
I find it humorous that there are two tribes of enemies to fight named after common issues/complaints in other online games - 'Lag' and 'Bug(g)'.
I don't want to beat a dead horse about the pay-to-win and the slow energy bars, but I want to suggest you find a way to add those in as fightable enemies too.
Not immediately though; fix the energy/diamond shortage for the moneyless players before poking fun at it.
thanks Acorryn! I'll see if I can implement something like that soon.
