you should also be able to use the money you earn for stuff. it would make things interesting :)
finaly beat the dam thing haha. great game. one idea occured to me around the end. the assistant should automaticly upgrade

this was a great game. definatly unique. not to mention the art, music, and sfx were perfect and matched well.
i did have some dislikes.. for example, the boss's litteraly cutting down EVERY unit i had, and not being able to keep units after the battle. and im not sure if this was a bug in the game but the weakest units were sent first.. not everyone at once. i see where that would be a bad thing but it shouldve been "toggle-able".
anyways great game and the hero alter effect was great, used it twice..wait three times on a boss and kicked the **** out of it haha :)
It reminded me of scooby doo..unfortunatly :/ i love scooby and this may have ruined it for me..
what was up with the rest of the game? there was like three times you do anything at all in the game and then it ends abruptly after? odd.. and an explination of what the hell the game was about, IN the game would help. atleast a menu or pause button, or more choices, or more game..
ps. good art though, and vocal quality wasnt bad ha
ah! i flew of the screen! haha great art :) to bad there wasnt any sounds nor health bar and getting shot didnt do anything (redundant much? haha) keep going!
this was definatly unique. although when playing i ran into a few things that got kind of annoying: 1st-Most of the time i ended up buying gears and not using them because i sometimes couldnt figure out if they were the right size and that led to the second problem- I couldnt sell gears which i didnt need.
other then that, pretty interesting.
