Here's a few things to help out:
*In order to get more AP for your characters, send enemies into a panic by giving high damage, choose the option Keep Killing, then load and unload weapons by alternating pressing U and R. The higher the AP to load, the quicker you get more AP per character. Crossbows work best for this (7AP to reload). This does take a long time (as with almost everything in this game) but it does come in handy.
*Keep your people at 100% ideal weight (can be seen by going to caravan menu > crew > scroll through stats to the bottom) Increase by keeping abundant food supply.
*Keep moral high by keeping tasty food and higher pay than minimum for mercs.
*Stay hydrated. Teh desert is a lonely place to die.
good story line, the videos with actors makes the game way more interesting than most games on kong. The energy system sucks. The passivity in the story line makes sitting through 2 minute videos a real drag. The challenges are way too hard without spending gold. Gold is rewarded such a slow rate that this game really feels like a free-to-play, pay-to-win style which is a major turn off. I know as a developer, making revenue off your hard work is what brings home the bacon at the end of the day, but alienating a lot of your players by restricting the amount of game play to 20 minutes at a time while we wait for energy refills leads to a low replay value.
the game was fun with all the classes unlocked. Once the trial is over the game is way too much of a grind. Another pay-to-win style game and it barely keeps my interest for more than a total of a few hours. Until classes and premium content are unlocked you won't have me playing any more.
Game needs a lot of work for me to come back to it. Many other users already expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the upgrades requiring ingame cash. Controls need a serious update. Use the key board! Holding the mouse button to steal then leads to kicking the ball out of bounds 80% of the time. Use some keyboard input to high light players when passing. Have a run toggle, so frustrating to run to the goal then have the player slow to a walk because running is disabled in the penalty box... Needs lots of improvement.
