I started a VIP assassination. Someone did it before me, and my order canceled, but I didn't get my money back. This is Clout, i pay assassins for them to do nothing.
What are you even talking about? Your assassinations on a target have absolutely nothing to do with other people who send assassins after the same target. They might get cleared if the target dies, in which case your assassin wasn't actually all that important, but I don't even think that happens presently.
My ideas:
Lower the class prices back to 7.500
Make matchmaking based also on the equipment, I don't want to be always 1-hit killed from that camping sniper with a legendary weapon.
Increase the daily reward back to 1,000.
