after i get the sapphires which include rare item in last fishing place, can i get another saphire?

just play around in doom lair (lastest dungeon) you can get ( ruby, saphire, start all, full armor ) here i get 5 start all, 3 ruby, 1 sapphire, many full armor, here i had spent long time here, so don't give up to get that you will need to beat last boss, i use dice on every my character.
