Description: Shephard, after escaping through the dreaded halls of Black Mesa, eventually encountered the G-man, who have been following him through his experiences during his training and his fight for survival inside Black Mesa, the G-man, amazed of his will to survive and his natural prowess and abilities, Took him as his prawn, against his will, Shephard was stuck into a void filled with nothing, waiting for missions given to him by the G-man, even doing several missions with a fellow Black Mesa survivor, Dr. Gordon Freeman, However, when Shephard was sent to destroy City 14, which was indirectly hit by the Citadel’s explosion, causing it to be filled with various hostile creatures and toxicating most of the lush environment around it, during Shephard’s progress and journey to destroy this city, He encountered a Vortigaunt, which, told him the true reason the G-man forcefully took him, he was afraid of Shephard’s true capabilities and powers, which will that be of a match against his own powers, knowing this, Shephard retaliated against the G-man, eventually weakening him and leaving him vulnerable to the Vortigaunts, he discovered several of G-man’s secrets and powers, mastering them, such as the G-man’s ability to travel at other dimensions, discovering that he also took others that of different universes similar to Shephard himself, after hearing about the G-man slowly regaining his powers, Shephard fled his own universe, going through and travelling through other dimensions, hoping that the G-man won’t encounter him again.
