Very great game haha. Only one suggestion which is that characters gain experience as they are used, which progressively makes them more efficient in carrying out their jobs. So you can send out better soldiers for jobs or use your better soldiers for defending. Or your leader has a improved chance of finding survivors etc. Could be applicable to all your survivors.
