To win with memes focus on managing a steady popularity gain as soon as they are unlocked. I started with a rough system of balancing studying with creating a new meme as soon as I hit 50% memer generation, but I'm this can be more carefully managed by queuing a new meme and as soon as popularity stop moving finishing it to create zero loss at max study efficiency. Even on the rough system I was able to finish at 7+ popularity. I spent some popularity on a few reposts at the end, but I don't even think reposting in necessary.
