good game, for the most part. the only complaint I have is a control problem, specifically involving the more complicated special attacks like the aerial whirlwind and the forward stab. Both were very finicky, and I found myself having a hard time getting them to work when I wanted them to (more often than not I ended up using the ground pound attack when I was trying to use the tornado, and I couldnèt get the half moon uppercut to work on command either. I was lucky to get it to work by button mashing.
thanks for this feedback. the new 1.0.9 version now allows no command keys. aerial whirlwind can now be executed by just pressing [C] or [3]. Rising moon slash is now [X] or [2]. unfortunately, i can't change the skill with mouse charges.
after finishing the game and giving up once, i have to admit, this game...could really use some rewiring.
first off, the double jump seems very particular, and half the time it never seemed to work.
slowdown was another issue, even when the quality was turned down.
third, the jump also didn't seem to want to work some of the time, so a few times, i ran into obstacles when I meant to jump.
yes it's a great game, and I had fun playing this total portal rip-off (a computer that mocks you the entire game, how can anyone not see the relevance?
it's a great game, and if a sequel comes out, i hope that they address these problems.
what i would like to see in a sequel
!. more effective kick
2. less moves that knock you down, since havign to wait for him to touch the ground to get up is annoying.
3. a small invincible period after a revive, so you don't get killed again immediately afterwards.
this is a good game, but it could be better.
