---Pay premium currency to speed up construction, which means you're going to eventually be waiting months for buildings to finish or you're shelling out major cash.
----50 kreds is $5, that gets you 250 gems. cheapest crate with card shards is 100 gems. You do get some free crates every few hours, not sure if one of them is once a day or if it's got a 14 hour timer, the other is a 4 hour timer. You do get free gems from quests, but it's going to be slow going and grindy if you want to change your deck at all beyond the tutorial.
-----game loads better on Chrome than on Firefox. As for the gameplay itself, it could have been great if it wasn't for the time/gems it takes to open some chests. Seems to be just another game grabbing for cash.
----the game still has massive issues that need to be worked on. Sometimes, when you try to play a card, the card doesn't play and it disappears, getting you stuck, unable to do anything, and cutting your hand size down by one. Sometimes this bug happens multiple times in a row, leaving you with no hand at all.
---One of the most important tips I can give to newcomers is to not buy all the ships as you go, prioritize the new tech. You only need one or two ships per tier, three if you really want to unlock that extra slot. Look at the ships carefully and pick the one you think will do what you want it to the best.
I'd also avoid buying the ship modifications unless you find yourself losing a lot, saving as much celestium as you can for the final tier is a long term plan, but one that I'm hoping will be worth it
Okay, so you know that ship analysis of your opponent you get before a fight? Why don't we have the option of seeing a similar loadout for the ships we make for ourselves? It's a minor thing, but it's something I would love to see. Rest of the game just takes getting used to.
Hey Agram, as you probably noticed the Canvas of this game is slightly larger than in our other games, that's because we received many suggestions for increasing the quality of our images so we thought that, after changing their quality we'd also increase the canvas resolution. We set the screen width & height according with the highest percentage of resolutions in the market & in Kongregate users especially. We will study a solution to dynamically scale it though so you don't have this issue anymore, in the meantime, I know it isn't ideal for everyone but, you could always play on Full Screen. Thanks!
Going to go over some good and bad. Good: You can save up for chest that give rares and above with one epic guaranteed. There's two rows of combat that can be fully utilized. Gear stays on with evolutions, and gets more powerful. No energy system for the main gameplay.
Bad: Not including a class for all dual type combinations, Putting one class behind a total player wall, some cards are way OP for their rarity, you only get 10 energy max, and rarer cards are more expensive usually.
Overall, it's still an interesting experience to play, but the game could be better.
Hey Agram, thank you so much for your detailed comment, we really appreciate constructive ones! First of all, thanks for the kind words, we know there are many points where we should (and hopefully will!) improve. Regarding the Dual Classes, not sure if I understood correctly but there are indeed some dual ones, for instance (Mutant, Smuggler, Bounty Hunter, Android and Havoc). I will reply about the screen size on your other comment. Thanks again!
okay, so for those of you who want to play, it seems to work fine on Chrome. No idea why it works fine on Chrome but has the image freeze problem on Firefox, but at least one browser works properly.
Thanks for the feedback! A lot of the issues being reported seem to be linked to FireFox, so I would definitely second your advice of trying either Chrome or Safari, if available. I'm looking into the freeze problem, but currently haven't been able to reproduce it on my end. I'll get to the bottom of it.
Yes, even after multiple refreshes, the screen either freezes around the speedy wave, or it creates a white screen at the slow enemy portion, every time.
I'm having a similar problem as ballzac, it happened after the second or third wave, when I was trying to upgrade a second tower. I can hear them shooting still, the waves are on autopilot, but I can't upgrade anymore towers. It doesn't crash, but the screen doesn't display enemy movements properly.
It feels like the game needs to actually explain what's going on at the start, something like a quick run down of how it all works would be nice. Starting off in auto mode is equally bad, as it makes the game feel too much like another idle game.
When a game has daily quest that you can't complete without paying real $, you know it's going to be heavily P2W. Seriously, would it kill them to make all daily quest possible for free?
I think there may need to be a round limit in PVP, or you might end up with a shield generator versus a shield generator in a stalemate, and nobody likes it when that happens.
Hi! It's a good advice, I have to complete your words only: finish all daily tasks and save Credits and Celestium.
