deck manager could do with some work. Cards currently in the deck are somewhat tedious to go through.. mouse-overs should show the card instantly instead of the 1sec delay (unless thats a bug on my part?) maybe have them appear to the left or right (on top of the hero or the options panel?) currently its all stacked together and hard to peruse =/
Also maybe some sort options for the deck? and perhaps deck duplication option as well for minor tweaks. The cards not in the deck also bother me for some reason.. though can't quite pinpoint what so don't have any suggestions on that front..
On the whole its a very enjoyable game though, looking forward to further additions =)
O god, had chills all the way through the conclusion, was so sure it was going to merge directly in to the beginning of Company of Myself >_< especially with the 2 very memorable level designs. Was very sweet and happy and all, but personally would have loved it so much more if it hinted at something darker near the end there
beautiful game. One thing could be improved though, while lighting up the tiles in the x and y direction helps us keep track of which line we are on, it should also extend to the numbers around the board. Especially in 15x15 games where the mouse and the numbers can be on different sides of the screen, it gets a bit difficult in keeping track of what numbers correlate to which line.
fascinating concept. Although if it had the flexibility of MUDs it would be totally awesome =p this is more like a proof of concept (which it does. prove it that is)
just getting to level 25 was hard enough, and it was really trying to discourage me from going on, got to 2-3levels further where you just kinda hit a deadend with no objectives though.. and no conclusions... a worthy conclusion of any sort would've been nice. =/ going to try persevere for a bit more but srsly wth
funny stuff, though at times it was hard to distinguish between jokes and hints. the latter puzzles , the bacteria in particular, were pretty random =/ but ya, was fun =)
Actions happen way too fast, there needs to be a log of some kind that will let me keep track of % and dmg i deal (plus poison or special effects) as is, it happens too fast, happens during aiming, and carries on happening in a delayed sort of way if you get what I mean..
awesome game, just beginning the latter levels and its pretty mind-boggling >.>
Although, would be nice if there was something visually showing that we've conquered a continent (or area thats worth some armies) instead of having to click to check. also, would be nice if our Cards would show up in the HUD? instead of having to click to check.
Wish the weapons/health items/food displayed their base stats (+##), the health and food items especially had me confused for ages =p pills that were supposed to heal 10-15% was it? healed something closer to 40-50% and I only caught on 3/4 of the way through hehe. Anyways, one of the best Zombie games I've seen in a while. Found it a bit tedious after a while though, and really easy (except for certain extreme points) even though I chose the hard option. As long as I had some health items I'd always be okay (had wayyyy too much food though>_>) The ending was also really strange. Here you are building up this idea of the wife carrying the zombie disease and about to spread it across the world!.... DUN DUN DUN... and they run out of fuel in the middle of the ocean.... we don't even get to see the wife randomly attack the hero =/ it was just.. putt putt puttutut .... *fade to black* WHAT?! really strange, kinda dislike it.. but more confused overall =p
ah, forgot to add: Timing seems slightly off in this game for some reason.. At times the Quests would renew a week before the Fight (so you cant complete them for another 7 days or so) or sometimes its a week after the Fight.. the messages that pop up at the end of the game (as well as in between seasons) seem a tad wonky with the timing as well. I remember feeling confused after losing... and still playing for a whole 'nother month or so, before a pop up told me that the game was not yet over; I cant be sure but I think they came in more than one popup as well.. so there were quest fights in between the popups which made the popups seem disjointed and chronically weird if that makes sense. That just my main dissatisfaction with the game, other than that it was pretty awesome.
even with all the hints/tutorial thing going on, still have to say that was a very steep learning curve. Now that I think about it, the help/hints were a godsend, would have hated the game otherwise, but nevertheless yea, steep learning curve. Then again, maybe I just don't like macromanagement games? you never really know just what you're doing right/wrong thats making you win/lose. Really liked the unique characters though =) thank god for archers, the bar at the top was totally to the left at my King battle, thank god for my 2 archers =)
only happened during 2 of my games: at around 600-ish speed started to see certain paths/obstacles in the distance for maybe half a second before they decided to refresh or something in to a different path/obstacle. (this is for when the path splits in two) which was kinda annoying and would have totally messed up split decision making at the higher speeds... except it went away and I never really got over 799 anyways so it didn't end up bothering me after all =p oh, and 5/5 *thumbs up*
Thanks for you feedbacks :) Noted!*
