This is a great (and rather novel) puzzle concept, with a charming presentation, and very well implemented overall. It's evident that the developer put a lot of care and attention to detail into this game; every little thing is just right. Of course, I already wish there were more levels to play. Encore, please!

The Hard and Unreal levels are a fun challenge. Individual colours or patterns for the differently shaped blocks would make them more easily identifiable (and aesthetically interesting). Also, it's a little troublesome that the horizontal directional keys need to be *tapped* in order to skid a block to the side just as it's being spaced. Pressing and holding the key as you do to speed descent seems more natural and comfortable. I agree that an instant-drop key would be nice, too. With a little tuning it could be quite addictive.

It's a very interesting design, smoothly implemented, and fun to play...casual, yet challenging enough to make advancement rewarding. The game is a little on the short side, however, and the level cap rather hampering-- the character can only earn a total of 28 skill points, and is obliged to spend most of them strengthening just a few key skills in order to beat the levels. Since skill points cannot be reset, experimentation with the many interesting side skills is not very profitable. New players might appreciate knowing from the start that they cannot advance past level 15.

The game is entertaining, and refreshingly, more factually accurate than many similarly themed games. However, I think more than a passing suggestion that the player take his or her first courses, would be very helpful at the outset. It's not immediately clear that clicking the chart in the exam room will do nothing at all until the player has gone through the School link on the side and then clicked on each non-locked course description... the class links would be easier for a new player to use if they were made more obvious as being clickable links and not just descriptive tags. The medical aspect is quite interesting and pretty competently presented, and the characters of the NPC's are nicely done as well. It seems like some fine-tuning of game play mechanics could be helpful at least to guide a new player to the required first stops, but on the whole it's fun to play and even a little educational. It's an excellent game for those who enjoy more cerebral puzzles.

That "Awesome Game Over Screen" upgrade is really worth the price! The gameplay of the "minigame" of shooting down enemy ships is unfortunately not especially challenging after one has bought even a few of the basic ship part upgrades, but that said, the free-form ship-building feature is a really cool touch.

Many or most gamers find it tedious to be forced to re-start a long and difficult level every time they make the tiniest error while completing that level. Forcing them to restart *several levels earlier* instead of simply at the beginning of a level, cannot possibly be expected to enthuse them. Why even use such a feature in a game!? There is a large difference between a challenge based on skill or reasoning, and a challenge based on enduring tedium and tiresome repetition. Life has no shortage of the latter; good games should provide the former.
