I think I found glitch, everyone I assigned to protect the fort no longer can leave the fort. If you try to unassigned all it says zero people guarding the fort yet everyone that was previously guarding is locked and says "Guarding the fort." Weird glitch that ruins your game? yes!
The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is the heroes. Not once did I get a mage or a cleric. (They exist right?) I have played through the game 3 times to check,not once did I get a cleric or mage. perhaps there should be something you can put in the dungeons to attract certain types of heroes. Just a suggestion.
