Once you have the upgrades to where you automatically gain 1% of Diamonds/Mythos that you would gain upon ascending (both in the Automation Upgrades), then you may be better off turning off AutoPrestige and AutoTranscend. I've noticed times when spikes would suddenly hit my thresholds, so while progress may have jumped, now they have to spend a bunch of time building back up the "reset" numbers until the actual numbers build up again. If someone higher than about e150 Particles knows different, please feel free to say so. Also, if they know of any real way to get things sped up faster since I only have 2 upgrades left (the last Mythos and Generator) and "4" Researches to master (last Coin Exponent, last 2 multiplier boost reductions, and last tax scale - not counting the one that unlocks the last 5 reincarnation upgrades since they're not available yet)
Nulland, I think it's because the increase in Obtaniam from having a long reincarnation caps at an hour. I've set my autoreincarnations at just above 3600 seconds to maximize this. That should help with your overnight.
Disappointing that when I come in with Level 14 fellows from the previous game, they get deleveled to 11. When I start a new game, they start at 11. Where's the bonus from carrying from the previous game?
I don't like how 1) You don't get to pick your locations you fight in like EW3, and 2) The order they're unlocked is all over the place, it doesn't make any sense, like in a line or something, you have to practically go hunting for the next level....
Wizard-It's not hard to remember the interactions, but 1) Each enemy has their own set of resistances (which is partially based on element but also their types), so you can look at those either through the Bestiary or their personal status screens in battle, and 2) You can also see the basic elemental resistances stuff on one of the Help pages; Fire beats Air beats Earth beats Water beats Fire, Light beats Dark beats Light, and that's it.
It's slightly annoying that I can't fit the game onto my screen without needing to scroll...and I was thinking that it would be exciting to play this game too...
I"m agreeing...a lot of my final-pixel jumps were annoying, but each time I made it, I felt relieved at the new movement/control option I receive, allowing me better jump and allows me to get all those I knew I couldn't get before...the little maze in the end was a slight surprise, but I didn't get too frustrated by it, and managed to beat it.
Okay....clicked on New Quest....it warned me about the fact I already have a save game, I pushed on anyways....and I was on Level 48, equipped equipment intact, but....inventory gone and with 100 coins. What....the heck.
Yeah, I saved with a temp save yesterday, and I can't pull it up today. Same thing happened yesterday, and when I decided to go with a new quest, it had wiped everything. I'm afraid to do that here because....I don't want to lose my goshdarned progress again! Annoying!
0 Health bug: I've dealt 200 damage to one of the Young Ninjas, but it took another hit before they died. Their health bar appeared to be blank (I did not have that Eye yet, but there was no health left apparently). Also, I once had my character at 0 health but didn't die (was able to heal him and move on...apparently he was dealt JUST ENOUGH damage to get down to 0, whoopsie, but lucky me there was this bug!)
I like this game, it's a bit too tall for my screen though, which is 1080x600, so it's a little annoying when I have to reset my scrollbar higher or lower in order to complete some levels...otherwise, very soothing and likable!
I agree-the arrows on the transport-squares in the tutorial would be nice to have during the rest of the game.
Also, a bug-I tried walking past a trio of Sand Snakes, and my pet got involved in fighting them. I walked into the next area and proceeded to try and heal it using some Wild Berries, but for some reason its health jumped up to a high number then back down, and it took, like, 6 berries and then it stayed at full health. This is probably because it got dealt damage as I was leaving the area...
Also, hotkeys for items would be nice. Sometimes I'd like to heal mid-battle, and having to make one, two, three, maybe even four clicks to get out of a low-health situation has proved disaterous for me or my pet multiple times.
After going through the tutorial, I keep getting in an endless loop of redoing that last part (regaining health), and I can't get out of it. It hampers my ability to play the game.
I'm aiming to get the Mad Scientist achievement in-game....I have the ability to take out the last city in-game, but I'm milking it for all the money I can. So the question is....for the zombie skill levels (not heros-I know that's 6), what's the maximum? I need to know how long it'll take, and therefore, if it's worth it.
