How do i get the last item in the bottom right corner? Ive finished all the missions, bougth all the gear and all the items, been to mars and beyond.. Please help

Dont tell me this game lacking auto-save! I beat all the levels but the last 2 bonus lvls,, and today i was going to finish the job. But all my work is gone!

ive finished 3 endings and still im missing the ending with the family. Theres the war on the top left, theres stuck in the hole, and theres dr G "'im sorry" all the way to the bottom
